Two members of the board of directors, Hoosteps, a leading real estate firm in Nigeria, Dr. Afeez A. Ganiyu and Dr. Oluwole T. Oguntade, have been conferred with honourary doctorate awards (PhD) in Real Estate Development in West Africa by the Chattered Institute of Public Resources Management and Politics, Ghana.
The prestigious award recognises their outstanding contributions to the real estate industry in West Africa, particularly their commitment to providing quality and affordable land and propertiy to the people of Africa and beyond.
In their acceptance speech, Ganiyu and Oguntade expressed their gratitude and dedication to humanity, stating, “This recognition honoirs our leadership and expertise in the real estate industry.
