“One Dance” was the lead single from Drake’s fourth studio album, Views, which was released in April 2016.

The song is a fusion of dancehall, Afrobeats, and UK funky, and samples Kyla’s “Do You Mind”, produced by Crazy Cousinz.

The song topped the charts in 15 countries, including the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, and Nigeria. It also won several awards, including two Billboard Music Awards, an American Music Award, and a Grammy nomination.

The song is one of the most successful collaborations between Drake and Wizkid. The duo also worked together on Wizkid’s hit songs “Ojuelegba” remix and “Come Closer”.

“One Dance” joins an elite club of songs that have reached 3 billion streams on Spotify, including Ed Sheeran’s “Shape of You”, Post Malone’s “Rockstar”, Tones and I’s “Dance Monkey”, The Chainsmokers’ “Closer”, The Weeknd’s “Blinding Lights”, and Camila Cabello’s “Havana”.

The song is also the most streamed song of the 2010s decade on Spotify, according to the platform’s data.
