…Cross ventilation of outdoor potted plants

The proverbial saying that when life gives you lemons, make lemonade, comes to live in the reality of living in certain cities with excessive high-rise buildings that obstructs the flow of natural air.

Perhaps a number of Lagos State residents would reckon with this obstruction of air where the exterior spaces for trees and flowers both for cross ventilation and aesthetics have been displaced by high-rise buildings, hereby creating a constant hot weather condition and ambience that is almost unbearable regardless of the season, rainy or dry.

Although, arguably Lagos state may not be faulted based on its capital city portfolio and characteristics hence the necessity for residents to make lemonade through outdoor potted plants out of the bitter lemon hot ambience situation.

Potted flowers always do the magic as they require little or no space at all. This is because with pot flowers you can easily place two or three close to your exterior door steps and windows and they will automatically optimise air through cross ventilation. However, if you live in one of those houses where there is no space for even the smallest outdoor potted plants, no worries, you can get your gardener to work a durable plant wall hanger and have it installed.

Also, aside being very easy to maintain, potted plants create both exterior and interior aesthetic effect from both door and window position as the beauty reflects into the interior space, and of course nothing beats the beautiful view of a growing plant.
